vivek.awasthi Report post Posted 12/13/2004 10:55 AM Hi All, I have installed Voice Guide version 5.2.3018 (Trial Version) and trying to use it with Voice Modem of D-Link... The Software is installed smoothly and answering the incomming call...But the problem which i am facing is, when the caller hangup the call, the PC hangs up, but it works perfect when the call is disconnected from Voice Guide... i am not getting whether the problem is wilth modem, or with the software (Voice Guide.) that anyparticular settings is to be made... SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/13/2004 08:56 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window.
