Guest Joe Report post Posted 12/14/2004 01:16 PM I need a 8 port digital voice card for my Panasonic DBS (VB-43060) to use with Voiceguide. Right now the existing voice mail system uses a Dialogic D/42-PA. The D/42-PA is an ISA card and the new one would need to be PCI. I've looked at Intel's Dialogic site but it is difficult to figure out which card will work with my system. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/15/2004 12:59 AM Best to ask your local Dialogic distributor here. The D/82JCT-U would be the card I'd suggest using but they do not seem to list Panasonic on it’s list of supported PBXs. Maybe Panasonic signaling is similar to Mitel or some other one...? Guest Joe Report post Posted 12/15/2004 12:43 PM Ok... On the chance that the Panasonic is no longer supported by Dialogic which analog 8 port Dialogic board do you suggest? It really only needs voice only, no fax. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/15/2004 06:26 PM Not many 8 port cards around. I'd say just get the 12 port D/120JCT. Share this post Link to post
