SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/15/2004 10:46 PM I think you must be using a voice modem, right? from: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/DialListInto.htm Prompt message if a voice modem is used to dial If a voice modem is used and this file is specified, then this sound file will be played in a loop after the phone number is dialed, and the recipient of the call will have to press a button before the main VoiceGuide script will be executed, or the main message played. If no prompt message is needed this entry can be left blank. The default message supplied with VoiceGuide (AcceptAutoCall.wav) says: "This is an automated call, please press any number on your telephone keypad to accept this call." Voice modems cannot tell when a call is answered - that is why they need tom play the AcceptAutoCall.wav in a loop to let the person answering the call to indicate to the voice modem that the call has been answered. Guest dmurrle Report post Posted 12/16/2004 07:51 AM Correct it's a USB voice modem. My question in fact is that after 2 rings the software stop ringing even if there is no answer on the other side. Because of the that if the guy on the other side don't pick the phone before the second ring he miss the call. It's not very practicall to try to reach somebody with only 2 ring. Is there a way to increase the number of ring somewhere in this software? Thank's in advance. Share this post Link to post
Guest dmurrle Report post Posted 12/16/2004 08:23 AM Well I found an answer on my issue it was not a software settings but a deviation that was made on the targeted phone who made it deviated somewhere else after 2 rings Share this post Link to post
