SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/20/2004 08:35 AM Best to have the script do the 'new call' alert when it starts, and use the "On Hangup" script to handle the 'end of call' alert. These alerts can be database interactions or running other programs or just about anything else once you start using the VBScript module.
