Polling Vg For Info

is it possible to poll VG externally and aquire information about who's currently on what line and retrieve any variables? i suppose you could always just enter/remove information into a db as a person calls in and then hangs up using VG

Best to have the script do the 'new call' alert when it starts,

and use the "On Hangup" script to handle the 'end of call' alert.

 

These alerts can be database interactions or running other programs or just about anything else once you start using the VBScript module.
