Marco Report post Posted 12/22/2004 12:48 PM I'm working on Windows server 2003 with a D4PCI card and Voiceguide. When I try to transfer call the PBX (Siemens Hipath) hanghs up. The problem is that beetwen the two lines: lineGenerateDigits and LINEGENERATETERM the interval never changes. I've configured the parameters like http://www.voiceguide.com/forums_archive/f2_t989.htm So, I use Country Italy and it_41e-prm file modified in line change the param 52 to the correct hookflash lenght. I restart Dialogic Service but nothing has changed. I attach my log. 125332,78 7 linedevstate 2048 0 0 125332,78 7 callstate OFFERING 66100 0 4 125332,78 7 Answer the call at 22/12/2004 12.53.32 125332,80 7 lineAnswer(66100) => 66049 125332,80 7 callinfo CALLEDID 125332,80 7 callinfo ORIGIN 125332,80 7 ring 0 125333,33 7 callstate CONNECTED 66100 1 0 125333,33 7 callstate CONNECTED 66100,1,0 125333,33 7 WorkingModeTAPI@Connected= 125333,33 7 WorkingModeScript@Connected= 125333,34 7 Inband detection not enabled 125333,34 7 StartLoadedVgs at 22/12/2004 12.53.33 125333,34 7 AddRVns [scriptsPath]{C:\Programmi\VoiceGuide\Scripts\} 125333,36 7 AddRVns [scriptPath]{C:\Programmi\VoiceGuide\Scripts} 125333,36 7 rv add [$RV_STARTTIME]{22/12/2004 12.53.33} 125333,36 7 rv add [$RV_DEVICEID]{7} 125333,36 7 rv add [$RV_CIDNAME]{} 125333,36 7 AddRVns [PathApp]{C:\Programmi\VoiceGuide\} 125333,36 7 rv add [$RV_CIDNUMBER]{} 125333,38 7 tapi Reply (LineEvReply) ok 66049 0 125333,39 7 callinfo MONITORMODES 125333,39 7 timer clear 125333,41 7 [Play 1] Playing 125333,42 7 [Play 1] Playing (C:\DATAIN\files\wav\1.wav) 125333,42 7 play set playid=283046 125333,47 7 PlaySoundStart ok [C:\DATAIN\files\wav\1.wav] 125333,48 7 timer clear 125333,48 7 RunModule PLAY end 125333,50 7 wa(21151,28304600) 125333,52 7 callinfo MONITORMODES 125335,20 7 dtmf 1 (66100,49,2) 125335,22 7 ScriptEventCode 49 iLineState=1100 125335,23 7 LsPlayMsg 1 125335,30 7 PlaySoundStop err=0 125335,30 7 rv add [Play 1]{1} 125335,31 7 timer clear 125335,33 7 timer set 0,4 EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER 125335,75 7 timer fired EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER 125335,75 7 ScriptEventCode 9012 iLineState=1900 125335,77 7 LsXferStart EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER 125335,78 7 timer set 30 EV_TIMEOUT_ANNOUNCED_TRANSFER_ATTEMPT_TOOK_TOO_LONG 125335,80 7 [Transfer Call 21] Blind Transfer to 430 (Generate) 125335,81 7 tapic lineGenerateDigits(66100,!,0) => 0 125336,47 7 generate LINEGENERATETERM_DONE 125336,48 7 timer set 1 EV_TAPI_GENERATE 125337,56 7 timer fired EV_TAPI_GENERATE 125337,56 7 ScriptEventCode 9602 iLineState=1900 125337,58 7 LsXferStart EV_TAPI_GENERATE 125337,59 7 timer set 1 EV_HOOKFLASHFINISHED 125338,70 7 timer fired EV_HOOKFLASHFINISHED 125338,70 7 ScriptEventCode 9200 iLineState=1905 125338,72 7 LsXferPlayVts EV_HOOKFLASHFINISHED 125338,73 7 tapic lineGenerateDigits(66100,430,0) => 0 125339,16 7 generate LINEGENERATETERM_DONE 125339,17 7 timer set 1 EV_TAPI_GENERATE 125340,17 7 timer fired EV_TAPI_GENERATE 125340,17 7 ScriptEventCode 9602 iLineState=1905 125340,19 7 LsXferPlayVts EV_TAPI_GENERATE 125340,20 7 timer set 7 EV_TIMEOUT_HANGUP 125347,88 7 timer fired EV_TIMEOUT_HANGUP 125347,88 7 ScriptEventCode 9001 iLineState=1905 125347,89 7 LsXferPlayVts EV_TIMEOUT_HANGUP 125347,91 7 rv add [Hangup Time]{22/12/2004 12.53.47} 125347,92 7 Hanging up call... 125347,94 7 RecSoundStop ok 125347,94 7 PlaySoundStop err=0 125347,95 7 timer set 2 EV_TIMEOUT_WAITFORIDLEAFTERLINEDROP 125347,97 7 fnHangupCall end 125348,02 7 linedevstate 2048 0 0 125348,02 7 callstate IDLE 66100 0 0 125348,03 7 WorkingMode@Idle= 125348,05 7 timer clear 125348,06 7 timer set 1 EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 125348,08 7 tapi Reply (LineEvReply) ok 66202 0 125349,08 7 timer fired EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 125349,08 7 ScriptEventCode 9008 iLineState=900 125349,09 7 LsAwaitingCalls EV_TIMEOUT_TIMETOREINITLINE 125349,11 7 ReinitTelephony due to IDLE 125349,13 7 tapic lineDeallocateCall(MainCall:66100) 0 125349,19 7 lineOpen(7)=> 125349,20 7 Waiting for a call... 125349,22 7 LineHandle=65724 125349,22 7 timer set 3 EV_TIMEOUT_ATERIDLE_ALLOWOUT 125350,13 0 dial start any summary:|6:idx=0|7:rdy=0|8:idx=0|9:idx=0| 125351,14 0 dial start any summary:|6:idx=0|7:rdy=0|8:idx=0|9:idx=0| 125352,16 0 dial start any summary:|6:idx=0|7:rdy=0|8:idx=0|9:idx=0| 125352,52 7 timer fired EV_TIMEOUT_ATERIDLE_ALLOWOUT 125352,52 7 ScriptEventCode 9013 iLineState=900 125410,97 0 sys cleanup Start 125411,08 0 sys cleanup End Can you help me? SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/22/2004 09:52 PM Your hookflash length is set too high. Long hookflash is treated like end of call by PBX and that is why PBX hangs up the call. For D4PCI card if you se the country for "Italy" then the DCM will be automatically reading this config file: it_41d.prm So please make any PRM changes to it_41d.prm, and also specify it_41d.prm as the 'ParamaterFile" Also at the same time try setting the hookflash length in the Dialogic's TAPI Service Configuration as per: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Dial...llTransfers.htm 125335,81 7 tapic lineGenerateDigits(66100,!,0) => 0 125336,47 7 generate LINEGENERATETERM_DONE Share this post Link to post
