Hung Up

Hello I have major problem with Voice Guide. it keep hung up on my customer while it is process there credit card. the major problem is that the data base get incomplete info and we can not tell why the balance is not match with paid and pay amount.

I have reported this problem before and Admin told me, that I need to change the Disc1 and Disc2 freq in dialogic board configuration.

I reduce and increase the Disc1 and 2 freq and test them, but in both case scrip keep hung up on me.

Below is the Log file from one of the disconnect transaction. Please let me know if i have to increase the Disc freq or increase the disc freq in dialogic configuration. Also please let me know to what should I change it.

Please let me know if my problem is a common problem for everyone. if it is not perhaps I have a problem with my dialogic board or my computer!

I really need your help. this problem destroying the reputation and quality of my company.
