SERVERGLOBAL Report post Posted 12/23/2004 06:56 PM We succesfully installed and run VoiceGuide on a Windows 2003 Standart operating system with Dialogic4PCIU card. Thanks for the detailed information and documentation. On the last step we will use MS SAPI 5.1 and a local language TTS engine. It is a pity our local language TTS Engine only supports 8 Khz &16 Bit mono format. VoiceGuide records TTS waw files in 11Khz 8 Bit mono format which we loose some quality. Is there a way to set up VoiceGuide to save TTS waw in 8 Khz &16 Bit mono format? Regards Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/24/2004 01:07 AM Dialogic's Wave driver expects files in 11kHz format, so there isn't anything that can be done. "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" works exclusively with 8kHz files. "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" at this stage is just released for digital lines, but a version for analog lines is coming out soon as well.
