SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/26/2004 09:58 PM It's up to the modem or Dialogic card to inform VoiceGuide that it has detected that there is a fax tone on the line. If the modem cannot detect the incoming fax then the only option is to try a different modem... Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/28/2004 11:20 PM Settings look OK. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures an incoming fax call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
