Fax Detect

When the caller is automatic fax machine or fax server the voice guide does not detect the fax tone.

It's up to the modem or Dialogic card to inform VoiceGuide that it has detected that there is a fax tone on the line.

If the modem cannot detect the incoming fax then the only option is to try a different modem...

How can I set this option for Dialogic Card ?

I use a Intel Dialogic 4/PCI, I'm in Egypt.

The attach file contains the fax tone configuration, what the new values of this parameters

Settings look OK.

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures an incoming fax call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

Can you send to me setup steps to install the new version and at the same time I do not lose the registries version.

Only one version of VG can be installed on system at the same time.

 

You will need to uninstall the current version you have on your system then install the new version.
