Guest Vg_ps1 Report post Posted 01/08/2005 01:43 PM Hi, I downloaded the trial version of VG and was testing the 'dial out and conference' feature but it just don't seem to work. I have 2 extensions of our kephone system connected to the dialogic card. Ext 16 is connected to line 1( dxxxb1c1) and ext 17 connected to line 7( dxxxb2c3). When I called ext 16, I have set a voice prompt which the system read correctly from D:\Test\IVR and this prompts the caller to enter the destination number. I dialled ext 18 which should ring but the sytem was unable to effect the dial out and conference to this extension. The system could not find a line to call out and returned the message that dial device dxxxb2c3 was not in the selection list. However, dxxxb2c3 has already been configured and can be seen when I started up VoiceGuide with the state as 'waiting for call' Appreciate your help to look at this problem for me. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/08/2005 11:14 PM Trace shows that VG could not find a free line to call out on. Can you please confirm whether you have v5.2.3018 of VgMulti.exe on your system? Please update your system with attached .exe (it has some more debugging added around this area) and try making the call again. Please post the trace if it still does not work for you.
