I am interested in writing an application that will do the following:

 

1. Answer the phone

2. Prompt the caller, asking for the caller's unique numeric ID.

3. Prompt the caller to record a message, allow review, and rerecord

4. After the message has been accepted by the caller, store it in a file as an MP3

5. Hang up

6. Run a program with the file name of the stored MP3 as an argument.

 

Is this possible with VoiceGuide? Are there already programs that do this?
