Guest Jack_VR Report post Posted 01/10/2005 02:31 PM Hi there, Our VoiceGuide Dialer has problem now. It gives run-time error '13' everytime when we tried to whatever phone number or call list file, What is that? Regards, Jack Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/10/2005 11:10 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. Click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. Select the 'save to file' option, and then load the number to call. How are you loading the numbers to call? Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? Share this post Link to post
Guest Is it a bug? Report post Posted 01/11/2005 03:56 PM Hi there, I've solved the problem. The reason is the do not call list file has none-digit character such as '(', ')', ... But as I know the call list file does NOT have this limit. Is it a bug or you guys need to modify your code to filter this kind of content in do not call list file? Regards, Jack Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/11/2005 11:21 PM Commas and other non-numeric characters within the telephone numbers listed in the Do Not Call List were causing the Telephone Number Loader's reading-in of the Do Not Call List to crash. This has now been fixed in the version of the Telephone Number Loader attached to this post. Please copy this .exe in to your VoiceGuide directory and try again.
