Guest J. Wynne Report post Posted 01/12/2005 01:40 PM Dear sir/madam, We are investigating the use of Voiceguide to set up a IVR for our company. For testing purposes we have downloaded the latest demo's of Voiceguide and ComISDN and aquired a Fritz ISDN card (as you refer to this particular card on your website). After installing the hardware and software we unfortunately keep running in to problems getting Voiceguide to pick up calls. It goes without saying that we are hesitant to buy a license for Voiceguide if we can not get the application to run properly. In the Voiceguide application we keep getting the error message " Wave Driver not installed", Although from your documentation we deducted that ComISDN installs these drivers. We have been able to receive and make phone calls with the Fritz card using the Fritz software. Could you be so kind to help us find a solution? Best regards, J. For any ComISDN related support queries it's really best to contact ComISDN... Very few installations use ComISDN with BRI - the most popular way to set up IVR system is with analog Dialogic cards , followed by T1/E1 PRI Dialogic cards. Share this post Link to post
