How can I set VG to answer the phone right after caller id is received, or after certain number of rings? 2)If I purchase a license, is it possible to move the license to another machine? I have one test machine, and will need to relocate the license to a production machine. 3) The test machine I am using has integrated ethernet, is voiceguide using that to generate a unique ID? Then you can set after how many rings the call should be answered. We issue new licenses in situations where the software has to be moved and the ethernet controller is integrated. This would only apply to one-line licenses. 4 line licenses are usually always linked to the Dialogic card. Share this post Link to post
