sbensen Report post Posted 01/13/2005 10:48 PM We have a networked computer running the voice guide application, and a access database which we query to create our daily dial out lists. The access database is on our network server, but the VoiceGuide OutDialQue.mdb is located on the hard drive of the dedicated networked computer. Is is possible to program Voice Guide to look for the OutDialQue.mdb in a location on the network server? Then we could manipulate the call lists and fix problems with voice guide remotely. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/13/2005 11:58 PM In 'VoiceGuide for Dialogic' there is an option of using a MSSQL Server based OutDialQue database instead of the OutDialQue.mdb Are you running a registered Enterprise version of VoiceGuide (4 lines or higher license)? If you are then send an email to support@voiceguide.com and we can forward you 'VoiceGuide for Dialogic'. Share this post Link to post
