SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/15/2005 12:02 AM Make sure you back up everything you need from VoiceGuide's directory, as it will be deleted when you uninstall. Then uninstall v5.0. You may want to confirm that TAPIWRAP.OCX and SAPIWRAP.OCX get deleted from Windows' System32 directory - some people had problems as these files did not delete for some reason.. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/19/2005 11:05 PM The "4:dok=0" in the trace indicates that dialing out is disabled on the 'line 4' - in your case the 1st line on the system. If dialing out is disabled on any lines this appears in the log on regular basis just to indicate that no calls will be searched for for that line. Share this post Link to post
