Guest Michael Lachney Report post Posted 01/30/2003 02:44 PM I am current using a Voice Modem to work with VoiceGuide. Someone from my Telephone Office gave me a Dialogic Card D/41 E (SC). It came with only the card. No drivers or anything like that. I have it install in the PC. However Win XP does not pick up the device. I have checked Dialogic (Intel) website for drivers for this card. NOTHING CAN BE FOUND. Any Help on this issue ? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/31/2003 01:46 AM The release notes for v5.1.1 System Release state: The operating system requirements are: Windows NT Version 4.0 (Workstation or Server) with Service Pack 6a Windows 2000 (Professional, Server, and Advanced Server) with SP1 and SP2 NOTE: This is the last release to support Windows NT. But we have found no issues with using SR5.1.1 under XP, and we have customers who run Dialogic based systems with VoiceGuide under XP with no problems. SR5.1.1 is the latest release and yes this is the one we recommend using. Direct link to SR5.1.1 downloads page is: http://resource.intel.com/telecom/support/...Sr511/index.htm Related post: http://katalinatech.com/forums/index.php?a...?act=ST&f=2&t=5 Share this post Link to post
Guest Cmate Report post Posted 11/28/2005 04:36 AM If SR 5.1.1 is what you recommend using with Windows XP, why then has my company been supplied with SR 6.0 Share this post Link to post
