How can I get a caller to leave a message in a mailbox simply by keying the hash key? In other words, I want all callers in one mailbox and I don't want them to have to specify the mailbox number nor password.

You can use a path like this:

 

On {1} Goto [Voicemail Box 0001]

 

and the welcoming message of the mailbox "0001" will be played...
