Guest jmiller808 Report post Posted 01/21/2005 05:35 PM i have been running voice guide using an analog dialogic board. we are now upgrading to the d/240jct-t1. everything seems to be ok, they system recognizes the board, i set up the tapi drivers to use the new board, and the voice guide configuration wizard shows the lines from the new board. however as soon as i set up voice guide to use a line from the new card and restart voice guide, it locks up. the program starts, there is nothing in the line device list, and i am unable to do anything. i am using version 5.2.0.3062 Share this post Link to post
