Guest pcool Report post Posted 01/24/2005 04:22 PM just a general question, we have a system configuration with Norstar MICS 6.1 PBX system, and a Callpilot 100 (voice/ACD). and a dialogic card installed on a PC with VoiceGuide. is it possible to configuration this setup so that the VoiceGuide will pickup all calls before our live operators? and if the VoiceGuide lines are busy then transfer the call to the liveoperator through the ACD queue? what we're trying to determine is that if VoiceGuide can replace the initial pickup calls pickup instead of the live operators? and if these are doable, which component will we need to configure to make this scenario work? Thanks for all the help I can get.... Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/25/2005 12:45 AM is it possible to configuration this setup so that the VoiceGuide will pickup all calls before our live operators? Sure, just attach the VoiceGuide's Dialogic card to the PBX and direct the incoming calls to it first. VG will then answer them and take the caller through whatever IVR script you'd like them to go through. Share this post Link to post
