spadesmaster Report post Posted 01/25/2005 10:42 PM After getting frustrated with the voice quality and menu handling of several different voice modems, I finally decided to get a Dialogic board. Per the recommendations on this board, I have: a) A clean Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 install A Dialogic Proline/2V ISA board installed with jumper set to IRQ3 c) BIOS set to reserve DMA 1, IRQ3, 64k, D000 for ISA d) Freshly downloaded and installed SR511 drivers from Intel's Website (no SP1 or FP1) e) Added Dialogc Proline/2V and configured IRQ/Mem settings to match. When I run UDD, I get "No Dialogic Boards Successfully Installed" When I run DCM, I get 'Error starting Dialogic service' and my Event Viewer log says: Warning - NCMAPI...UNCM_GetValueEx() failed. Family - Proline, Device - Proline/2V-ISA, Variable - PciBusNumber, Requested data not found in NCM data storage Dialogic support and my vendor has not been helpful and I am at a loss. Can anyone here please help me? I admit that I am not very knowledgeable of ISA anymore and I suspect an incorrect jumper setting or some sort of ISA configuration thing I am missing. I also get no unknown device detected from Windows 2000 itself. Should I even without the SR511 drivers? Thanks so much for any help you can provide! Share this post Link to post
