halnet Report post Posted 05/09/2003 05:52 AM RE: v4.9.0 with Dialogic D/4PCI In broadcasting voice mail, I set up the Telephone Number Loader for a human to answer with SCRIPT A and for an answering machine to receive SCRIPT B. Although the message is answered correctly by the answering maching, the SCRIPT A message (the one intended for a human answering) answers. SCRIPT A is also the default message to callers calling into the line. How do I get SCRIPT B to execute when an answering maching answers? Hal Netkin Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/09/2003 11:58 PM Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the outgoing call to an answering machine, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
halnet Report post Posted 05/13/2003 04:53 AM Nevermind. When I put a wav file in the "answer machine" field instead of a Script file, it worked fine. Hal Netkin Share this post Link to post
