I am currently running a Dialogic D/42-NSC under Unity which handles voice mail for my Nortel Meridian system.

 

For various reasons, I would like to replace the Unity box with Voiceguide, but I notice that my card is not a supported Voiceguide card, and also has been retired for the D/42JCT-U dialogic card which is not voiceguide supported either.

 

Can you make a suggestion on a card that might allow me to use Voiceguide with my Meridian system?

We have other clients using The D/42 and D/82 series PBX-integration cards with VoiceGuide. This includes both the older D/42-XXX cards and the current D/42JCT and D/82JCT.

 

We have not tested those cards ourselves with Meridian but feedback from customers is that it's fine.

And here is what you would need to dial from within VoiceGuide to mimic the pressing of the various keys on the extensions attached to the Dialogic card:
