Guest gregsallee Report post Posted 01/29/2005 08:29 PM I'm using a Dialogic D/4PCIU card, with VoiceGuide for Dialogic. During a script running on one line, how can I check the available/busy status of another line connected to the card, to find out whether someone's talking on it before I transfer a call? I'm trying to use line 1 to filter calls, transfer to VM or cell phone, etc., based on time of day and caller id, and send only the calls I want to answer personally to line 2. If line 2 is already busy, I need to go to VM on line 1 rather than transferring the call into a busy signal. How can I look before I leap? Thanks! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/30/2005 04:07 AM Just specify which lines are to be used for the Dial and Conference - and if that line(s) are engaged then the module will take a {Fail} path - which you can point to a Voicemail box.
