Guest Duncan Report post Posted 02/02/2005 02:32 AM I am currently starting a project for a company that needs to have a voice system to dial into upon answer ask them to enter their reference number and give them a list of choices to hear the results of the reference number entered to be able to track the status of their shipment. All pulled from an access database using tts natural sounding voice. Can you recommend the hardware dialogic card I should use. Will only need a single port but they are paying for a dialogic so I can play with just not sure which I asume D/4PCIU. What will the software cost to acomplish this project, I have the computer hardware and needs to be a full height pci card. Am I in the right area or should I be looking at ASR? been dabbling in vxml a little bit but because of the language barriers of customers I think that the pushing of phone buttons is needed to avoid problems with ASR grammars please advise what I need and thank you in advance.. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/02/2005 02:59 AM D/4PCIU is fine. For software costs see our orders page... If you have language issues with callers then having them press buttons is a much better option... (and much much cheaper..) Share this post Link to post
