D/4pciu Detection In Windows 2000 Sp4

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've bought a D/4pciu, I installed the card and windows 2000 can not recognized it. I have a question mark beside the Dialogic Card and in the driver section, it's mentionned that i do not have any driver installed. I downloaded the fp evaluation pack and same thing. Where i can get the full version. In the DCm i have a red dot on the card.

Can someone help me, i need to install your software and put everyhing in place shortly

Sounds like the card is being found OK and all you need to do now is to start the service... Make sure you select for the service to start Automatically every time.

That does not really matter - you can fix this if you wnat by installing a dummy Windows driver for the Dialogic card. See the bottom of our Dialoigc installation guide: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Inst...allDialogic.htm or contact your Dialogic supplier.

I too am having the same issue on Windows XP. I have downloaded the dummy driver. When I try to start the service, I get an error immediately that says "Error Starting Dialogic Service". I am in evaluation mode on the FP1 as I'm trying to decide whether to use this card and your service, so I'd greatly appreciate help.

The best thing to do in those situations is like with anything that is purchased - and that is to get back to the people who sold you the card and ask them for help in getting what you have purchased working... have you tried calling the distributor from where you purchased the card yet?
