Call Out Caller Id Problem?

Hi there,

 

we have dialogic card attached to analog phone line. When we call people who has caller id display feature in his phone line, sometimes they can see the caller id display the number that voice guide calling from, sometimes they can't.

 

So here is the question:

 

How could it happen?

Is there any setting we can change to solve this problem?

The call receiver's phone company is responsible for sending them the caller ID. You should ask both your phone company and the call receiver's phone company why this is happening.

 

It sounds like problems with their switch configurations...
