vinesh Report post Posted 02/10/2005 06:49 AM Hi there, can you please tell me if I need to install anything specific to get Voiceguide for Dialogic to work. We have the following setup - Windows 2003 STD Server (we can install Windows 2000 Server - will it be better??) - Dialogic D/600JCT-2E1 - ISDN (we bought the Enterprise 30 licenses) - VoiceGuide For Dialogic (Do we have to use this ??) - SR5.1.1 We've been battling for the last few weeks to get it to work, no luck... Please Help. We have another test system with a - Windows 2000 Server - Dialogic D/x1D-PCI - Analogue Line (we bought 1 Enterprise License) - VoiceGuide - SR5.1.1 That system works perfectly, now we want to deploy the IVR system onto the above production machine and we are seriously battling....Please Help We also received a patched version of the vgMulti.exe, to support e.g. 12*00 inputs, when will this version be available on the VoiceGuide for Dialogic, since we use that extensively. Could you please provide feedback urgently? Is there a contact number on which we could contact you? Regards, Vinesh Share this post Link to post

You do this using the ISDAIG test utility from Dialogic. If you do not know how to do this yourself you should contact the people from where you have purchased the Dialogic card for assistance in getting the card properly configured and working. Once you can receive and make calls using ISDAG then you are ready to startup VoiceGuide and receive and make calls using VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
