Dialogic Dongle

I am about to purchase a Dialogic card to set up an auto dialer system but was concerned about the use of a dongle with the card. I was told that the Dialogic card is useless without the dongle. Can you suggest a recommended card that I can use that does not require a dongle

Dialogic card does not have come with any 'dongles'.
