Guest Guest_Doris Report post Posted 02/11/2005 11:00 AM My case with voiceguide and windows 2003. I was using an external modem with voiceguide under windows server 2003. I also found that it has blue screens or some abnormal behaviour. However, after I have set the capability level to windows 2000 for the program voice guide (start >> programs >> accessories or control panel. or, right click on the exe file to change it in the properties.). SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/11/2005 10:03 PM Not to sure what you mean by 'capability level', but any blue screen errors can only be caused by device drivers. If you are getting blue screens then you should first check if there is a newer driver available for your modem, and if there isn’t then you should look at using another modem.
