Guest Ivan Cronyn Report post Posted 02/18/2005 01:49 PM I have a Fritz ISDN card with a licensed copy of Voice Guide running successfully on a PC. I have now upgraded my PC to a newer one and have moved the ISDN card along with the COM ISDN Software drivers to the new PC - my problems are: 1) The ISDN Card will answer when using the BT Software but not with the VoiceGuide Com ISDN 2) My license is configured by you for the old hardware number - how do I get this changed? My operating System in both cases is Windows 2000 Sp4 Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/18/2005 11:19 PM The best way would be to compare the old working system with the new one and see what the differences are in the driver configs etc. Also, could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. A new code has been emailed to you as well.
