SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/21/2005 12:53 AM What country are you in? Do you know in what format the CallerID info is sent by the phone company? Have you spoken to your local Dialogic distributor to find out whether the Dialogic card you purchased from them is capable of receiving the CallerID sent by that phone company? The trace shows that the Dialogic card is not reporting that is has detected any CallerID. Share this post Link to post

rechatin Report post Posted 03/03/2005 06:18 PM Just to add on on the comment, The dialogic card has been parametred with Sweden as a contry parameter. As you know this is a small country and there is no choice but only one fixed telephony operator so I suppose the standard is set in Dialogic card by default if Sweden is selected. I read a thread from Italy talking about a parameter file (i_41...prm) is there something that be adapated for sweden (saw a se_41...prm in the list) Share this post Link to post

Another question: when I start the current card I have a new line appearing every second : 205926,58 0 dial start any summary: /7:dok=0/8dok=0 etc... it just fills up the event trace log any clue ?
