Accepting Phone Orders

We're looking for a solution that will allow people to call in and order a particular item (6-7 variations .. each with their own price). We need to collect name, phone number, credit card number, expiry, etc after we confirm what their total purchase cost will be.

 

ie.

Customer calls in, would like to order 4 Blue gadgets ($20.00 each) and 2 Yellow gadgets ($15.00 each). Every order has a $10.00 shipping charge. The customer chooses each item they'd like and enters the quantity. They would then be given the option to choose additional items or to complete the order. Upon selecting the "complete order" option, they'd be given the total ($20x4 + $15x2 + $10 = $120) or $120. They'd be prompted for their creditcard type, creditcard number, credit card expiry, their name, phone number, address.

 

Ultimately it'd be nice if all of this could be automatically put into a table for order processing but I realize the difficulties of auto-converting audio to text. Some fairly easy means of extracting this data would be a necessity.

 

Is this software capable of meeting our needs and, if so, what would the costs be? If this software is not the ideal solution, could you point me in the right direction?
