Dialoigc Wave Drivers When Remote Controling Srvr

Finally I've found where is my problem

It was in Remote Desktop Connection (Server is windows 2003) that I use to

connect and manage my server.

If Remote Desktop is in default configuration the wave driver are mapped

into local machine and your program start with "Wave drivers are non

configured" or something similar.

When I send and email with screenshot you say that the problem was about

drivers.

So I've spent a lot of time to configure drivers and Dialogic cards.

Solution is very simple: in remote desktop connection -> Options -> Local

Resources -> Remote Computer Sound must be "Leave at remote computer"

In your support site I've not found information about it.

Please post this for others users!

Thank's

We also faced the same problem and still suffering although we let the remote sounds stay at remote computer.

Our solution is to use damaware software for remote connection.

Can you run VG with remote connection?

VoiceGuide must be installed on the system on which the Dialogic card etc. are installed.

You can then control that PC using PCAnywhere, WinVNC or any other remote control software.
