Guest jmiller808 Report post Posted 02/24/2005 04:24 PM Hello, I am trying to transfer a call using Voice Guide on a system that has a Dialogic T1 card. I am using the same script that i have when we were using the Dialogic d4pciu (which worked no problems). i call into the system when it hits the call transfer module i can hear the number to transfer to being dialed, then the call just sits there for about a minute or so before disconnecting. the number being transferred to never rings through. can anyone tell me how to get this working? SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/24/2005 10:37 PM Is the T1 line an ISDN line or Robbed Bit? What sort of transfer are you doing? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the transfer, this will allow us to see what is going on. Share this post Link to post
Guest jmiller808 Report post Posted 03/03/2005 03:53 PM we are using T1 ISDN (NI2 Protocol). I have attached a zip file containing the logs from voice guide when i attempt to call the system and have it transfer me. I have talked with our provider and they told me that we are set up to do a hookflash on our line. vg_log.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2005 07:49 PM You cannot do a hookflash transfer on ISDN lines. You can only do hookflash transfer on analog lines. On ISDN (and Robbed Bit) you must use "Dial and Confernce" type transfers. Share this post Link to post
