Hangup While Play A Sound

Hi All,

 

while Voice Guide software running (Example: Get Numbers Module playing a sound file), the caller suddenly hangup call. Why does not VoiceGuide software hangup call? It still running module until finished sound file or End Module.

How does hangup call in this case?

I assume you are using Analog lines.

 

Are you using a Dialogic card?

I used system Voice Modem, but Voice Guide still playing a sound file (in Get Numbers Module) until finished while i hungup call.

Some voice modems will not stop playing a sound file midway through...

 

This is one of the known problems afflicting some modems. see:
