End Of Incoming Call Date & Time

Hello,

 

The date and time of when incoming calls end is not getting written to the call log. Is there something special we have to do to get this info in the call log?

Each log entry should have a "Hangup Time" recorded.

 

If you are not seeing this in your log files please post the log file and a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures one call from start to finish (especially finish), this will allow us to see what is going on.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.
