My phone lines are such that it should be 1) flash 2) 1 second pause then dial number 3) another 1 second pause then flash again. This works fine manually That's it...4 or 5 seconds. For some reason it takes 15 seconds. Can you help. I've included a trace and the vgs file. Is the 3-Way call established in the end? Which version of VG are you using? There does seem to be some problems with the timers on this system. Which version of Windows/Service Pack are you running? Are you running any other software at the same time? What is the CPU usage on this system when the transfer is being made? Share this post Link to post
Guest Adam Konecny Report post Posted 02/28/2005 12:17 AM -I'm running win2000 with SP2 -The system seems to be maxed at 100% resources...so that could explain the timer issue. It's a 128MB PII400 Mhz system. VGmulti.exe is taking 100% of the resources at all times. Also I have 50,000 names loaded. -I've attached the TSP screenshots. -the 3 way call is establishblished half the time, the other half it hangs up. but it takes 16 seconds instead of around 5. -I am using the latest version of Voiceguide...5.2.3b -the only other software is VNC, but as stated before, VG is running 99 to 100% What hardware do you reommend? it is a 4 line D4PCI system. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/17/2005 12:05 PM We received an email confirming that system was running at very high CPU utilization (probably from all the swapping to HD given the low RAM). This high CPU usage was causing the delays. Customer has now updated to a faster system with more RAM. Share this post Link to post
