Customization Required?

Can the following be done with an out of the box solution from Voiceguide?

 

 

I need a Dialogic (D/4PCI, JCT120) based gateway to perform the following

functions:

 

-End user dials into the gateway via 2 way Centrex/ business lines.

-IVR picks up the line and plays "enter your session ID"

-End user enters a session ID (1234567). Received from web server

-Gateway authenticates the session ID with a backend servers

-Gateway accepts the session ID and requests the associated "destination

telephone number" from the backend servers

- Gateway system flash hooks, accesses a local call path, *connects the

caller to

the local destination party, flash hooks to complete the 3 way call, then

hangs up and leaves the original calling party speaking to the 3rd party

in the CO.

-gateway sends info to back-end servers for billing and reporting

 

 

*System needs to log call status for example if call was successfully

answered, not answered, call went to voicemail, number out of service etc.
