Guest Ronny Yam Report post Posted 03/02/2005 06:25 AM I am heading to setup a IVR system for my company. It seems that Voiceguide is the right choice. However, I am confused with the integretion between software and hardware. Without no doubt, I need to install the voiceguide software on my pc with a 4 ports modem card(D/41JCT) etc. If I want system for 3 lines to 16 internal stations, what should I do for the next step? Should I arrange the system like? 3 Telephone lines -> computer with IVR -> PBX with 3 to 16 -> 16 telephone sets. If it is true, am I choosing the right card D/41JCT? or Is there any better system arrangement? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/02/2005 08:30 AM The D/41JCT is the better choice for professional solutions. The Dialogic card should be attached to the PBX's extensions - then it can transfer calls to other extensions just like any other call transfers from any extension. Share this post Link to post
