Maybe it is a problem with my modem. My Modem is a US Robotics 56K Voice Win Int And when I Open the Windows Control Panel Double click on the System Icon Click the Hardware TAB and Device Manager button Click the + next to Sound, video and game controllers. the "UniModem Half-Duplex Audio Device" driver appears Can you please give me the reason of the problem ? SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2005 01:32 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going on. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
shiva Report post Posted 03/03/2005 04:13 PM I am sending you a screen capture of the log and Voice Guide Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2005 07:51 PM Screenshot shows the modem's drivers return "Operation Failed" in response to the LineAnswer command - so the call is ended. The only solution is to get a different modem (or better yet just get a Dialogic card.) Share this post Link to post
