Alpine Report post Posted 03/09/2005 11:24 PM We have been very successfully using Voiceguide for a year until we upgraded our PABX to Samsung OfficeServ 500 and now it doens't work! The support guys have at Katalina have been great but we are out of our league and need help quickly.
