SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/11/2005 03:59 AM You can set a VBScript which is to be ran when call is unanswered when loading the call using XML file. See the description of the sOnNotConnected parameter on this Help file page: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/DialListInto.htm Share this post Link to post

Guest steve Report post Posted 03/11/2005 02:33 PM By the way, In MS Access file, what is the meaning of "EscalationCalls" ? (Last field) Thank you ~! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/11/2005 08:36 PM Frm http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/DialListInto.htm : sEscalation Alternate numbers to be dialed if the call has not been answered. Once the number of retries calling sPhoneNumber is exhausted, then then alternative escalation number will be dialed immediately. Format is in <OutDialEntry>...</OutDialEntry> structure format - this allows for multiple escalation numbers to be specified. Some examples are provided in the Help file as well.
