Intel Dialog Cards And Caller-id In Saudi Arabia

hi..

 

can any body confirm if the DIALOG/4 or DIALOG/8 will show the caller ID in Saudi Arabia ?

 

Intel resellers on Saudi dose not sell thees cards here, I'm thinking to get the card from UK or USA,, but I'm afraid that the card will not detect the caller-ID on my country..

DIALOG/4 cards are so old that they probably do not detect CallerID at all...

 

You really must check with your local Dialogic reseller - they will know if the Dialogic cards can detect the CallerID signaling sent by the phone companies in your local area.

what do you recomand i use?

 

have you got any clients for VoiceGuide from saudi? what type of cards they are using?

 

i am now devolping the IVR script for a bank, the CallerID is a _Verey_ important thing..

i need to do my test on a 4 port card.
