Guest omar_f Report post Posted 03/13/2005 01:09 PM hi i need your advice about the following 1-we have now a professional license for 4 lines ,we want to upgrate to professional license 8 lines, so will we pay the difference only, or we have to pay fully the new license. the second issue is 2- if we have 8 lines, and we have 6 in lines and 2 out lines (for calling) so the 6 people who are on the 6 lines, will be in queue watting for one of the out lines to be free or they will be disconnected if the 2 lines are busy ("means can i put the people in queue and they will wait till their turn come !?) thats all Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/13/2005 07:14 PM 1. Within first 30 days upgrades can be done for the difference in price. After 30 days you will need to just buy another 4 line license. 2. You can set up your script to act either way... it's really up to you as to what you’d like the script to do with the callers if the lines allocated to be outgoing lines are busy.
