Disconnect Problem

Hi all

am using a d/41epci card and am facing a very unusual probelm.Iam using pronexus 4.3.1 . the call automaticalls disconnects and when i check the vbv log file it says loop drop detected.I have tried to retune the card using pbxexpert and it does not detect a disconnect tone and does not allow me to proceed further. i tried various settings from the dcm but the application automatically disconnects.am sure thre is no application problem.if any one could let me know about the problem it will be a great help

I will download the copy but will this help me to identify and solve the lopp current drop problem. i just wnt to know why does the call disconnect and gets a loop drop notificatio even if the caller does not hang up.where can i get detailed information about tuning of cards

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going on.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.

 

You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.
