SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/16/2005 10:56 PM We have not come across any heat-related problems, and the Dialogic cards themselves do not run that hot, - but if you have physical damage to solder joints or cracks in the Card's PCB tracks then it would be possible to have the card fail as it's environment gets hotter... Guest jade Report post Posted 03/17/2005 10:31 AM Hi Well we faced a problem with our ivr system it gave a message loop drop detected and it kept disconnecting the calls abrubtly and once we put a additional fan on the server it solved that probem . would this remedy solved the problem or was the problem solved for the telephony side? As far as my knowledge is concerned loop drop is a telephony issue,just wanted to know if any one else has used this remedy to stop abnormal terminations regards Share this post Link to post
