Questions About Product

I run a large scale appliance repair company and am looking to automate the call center function a bit. Some of the things I'm looking to do are:

 

Outbound functions--

Call out to technicians with newly scheduled jobs

 

Call out to confirm next day appointments

 

Call out to customers to update on backordered parts

 

Inbound Functions--

Allow technicians to call in and check their schedules

 

Let customers cancel their appointments (if appointment is same day, trigger a call to the technician to let them know their appointment is cancelled)

 

Take credit card payments from technicians over the phone

 

..and further down the road, let customers schedule an appointment (this is tricky given that we have strict scheduling rules and offer two hour windows).

 

 

Is this something that this software would allow me to implement? We're using Sybase powerbuilder 9 for our database and have a Telrad phone system and already have IVR hardware.

 

Please let me know, this is something we're looking into ASAP.
