briesmith Report post Posted 03/17/2005 04:32 PM Is there a way whereby a listener can retrieve all new messages continuously without having to listen to the prompts (press 1 for next message, 2 to ????, 3 to ? etc) between each message? I'm thinking of a typical ansaphone where the messages are played back one after the other without requiring the listener to do anything. Alternatively is it possible to append new messages as they arrive, creating one single message file? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/17/2005 07:42 PM To play several sound files together just specify them all, separated by commas. see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/modPlay.htm If you want to do this within the Voicemail system then you'll need to modify the voicemail scripts in VG's \system\vm\ subdirectory.
