Guest jade Report post Posted 03/19/2005 10:44 AM Hi, am struggling for the last 2 weeks to detect a hang up. AM USING A D/120 DIALOGIC CARD AND when i tarin the card using pabx expert it successfully detects a disconnect tone and am able to save the file,when i try to consolidate it says failed to consolidate ,conflict between ring back and busy templete but i use the same tsf file and make the detect disconnect parameter to true in the dcm but it does not disconnect,if i remove the tsf file support from the dcm it doescoonects the call but some times it just disconnects automatically withouth the caller hanging up the call.what could be the problem??? tone frequency mismatch?? problem in the card?? problem in the lines????? could you please give me some tips??
