Will Not Play File

I cannot get the credit card file to play when I phone into the system. It was working but now it is not. Why???

The error is: WAVERR_BADFORMAT

 

Are yon using Voice modem or a Dialogic card?

 

Did you select the right option (Modem/Dialogic) when installing the software?

 

Can you check what format the sound file "C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Credit Card Payment\PayGetId.wav" is in?
